Belonging Access Scholarship Application

The Belonging Access Scholarship helps youth ages 9 to 18 attend camps, leadership programs, and community experiences where they can build real friendships, regain confidence, and feel what belonging is supposed to feel like. You may complete this form as a parent, guardian, teacher, counselor, coach, or community member. Scholarship funds are paid directly to approved program providers, not to individuals or families.
